Terms of use.

ToolTulip offers practical browser utilities to help with everyday tasks. These terms explain how to use them responsibly and the limits of the service.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Using the service

By using ToolTulip, you agree to these conditions to the extent they can lawfully apply to you. If you do not agree, please do not use the tools. The currently available tools are free, and no account is required. We may add, change, suspend or remove features; we do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular feature forever.

Check your results and keep originals

Review a tool's instructions, formats, limits and settings before using it. Check calculations, dates, conversions and exported files yourself before relying on them. Keep copies of original documents and data: editing, cropping, compression or conversion can change quality, formatting, signatures or other information. ToolTulip is not a backup or recovery service.

Not professional advice

The tools provide general-purpose assistance, not legal, financial, medical, engineering or other professional advice. Do not use a result as the sole basis for a high-stakes decision, a legal deadline or a safety-critical process. Recipe scaling does not establish safe cooking times or food-safety requirements. Obtain suitable independent advice or verification where needed.

Use the tools lawfully and considerately

Only process information and files you are entitled to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, spam or attempts to disrupt the site or bypass safeguards. Do not submit passwords or confidential files through public contact forms. We may take reasonable steps to prevent misuse.

Your content and generated files

You retain your existing rights in your inputs. Using a tool does not transfer ownership of them to ToolTulip. You are responsible for permissions and for how you use or share the output; processing a file does not remove another person's rights. Website branding, code and third-party assets remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses. These terms do not override an explicit open-source or asset license.

Privacy and external services

Read our Privacy policy and Cookie policy. Contact delivery, CAPTCHA, optional analytics and a configured newsletter provider involve separate services with their own terms and policies. We cannot guarantee their availability, acceptance of a message or email delivery. Sending a contact message or partnership proposal does not create a service agreement, promise a response time or imply acceptance of the proposal.

Service provided as available

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ToolTulip is provided "as is" and "as available," without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, suitability, compatibility, availability or error-free operation. We aim to make the tools useful, but cannot guarantee that every result suits your purpose or that every browser, input or third-party service will work as expected.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities and loss or corruption of data arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Responsibility for any other loss is limited as far as the law allows. These limitations are not a promise that the publisher can avoid every legal responsibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law prohibits such a limitation. Your non-waivable rights under applicable law remain intact.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Revised terms apply to future use to the extent permitted by law; they do not retrospectively remove rights you already have. If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.

Questions or concerns

Please contact us if you notice an issue, need clarification or wish to discuss a concern. We welcome constructive feedback and will consider it in good faith.
