Shuffle original line occurrences or pick entries without replacement, with explicit parsing rules and complete source-ID reports.

How to use List Shuffler
Paste one entry per line or import UTF-8 text. Choose Shuffle all or Pick N, blank/trim/duplicate rules and optional remaining export. Generate performs one deliberate draw. Undo restores the previous draw without consuming randomness; edits remove stale output.
Worked example
A, A, B contains three distinct source-line tickets. Pick two can validly select A and A. Exact deduplication reduces the eligible set to the first A and B. Remaining entries retain their source order.
Rules and limits
2 MiB source, 50000 lines, 10000 code points per line; Pick N 1-10000 and no more than eligible count. CRLF/LF/CR input becomes LF output with one final newline for nonempty selections. Blank occurrences remain empty exported lines when retained. Fisher-Yates with cryptographic rejection sampling, no Math.random fallback or rerolls to force different results. Casual ordering only, not a certified raffle or verified people list.
