How to use Unit Price Comparison
Select one comparison dimension and enter every offer's total price, pack count and amount per pack. Use a common currency label and display basis. Category changes clear incompatible quantities with Undo. Remove an offer by reducing the undoable row count; incomplete included offers block a final comparison.
Worked example
2 × 500 g for 6.00 is 6.00/kg. 750 g for 5.25 is 7.00/kg. The first has the lowest entered unit price; its equal-quantity reduction versus the second is approximately 14.2857%.
Rules and limits
1-10 offers; one offer asks for another to compare. Total price 0-1000000, two decimals; packs 1-10000 integer; per-pack quantity >0 through 1000000, four decimals except item counts integer. Mass g/kg/mg, volume ml/l, count items only. Exact ties preserve original order; tiny positive prices never masquerade as zero. No exchange rates, retailer tracking, taxes, quality judgements or savings claim for unequal package purchases.
